Description

Implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping solutions.
• Design and automate processes for gathering and maintaining CMDB data.
• Perform CMDB assessments, data cleanup, and normalization activities.
• Write custom patterns to discover in-house applications and expand Discovery capabilities.
• Build CMDB health dashboards and custom reporting to monitor data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience implementing Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB data models, configuration, and processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery tool installation and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Identification and Reconciliation (IRE) jobs.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, and Angular.
• Experience with integration using SOAP and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex workflow issues by reading logs.
• Experience in Service Catalog development and ServiceNow customization.
• Bachelor's Degree and ITIL Foundation Level Certification.
