Description

Lead the design and implementation of advanced observability and AIOps solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end observability and AIOps architectures for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Define standards for monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation across hybrid and multi-cloud setups.
• Design AI/ML-driven predictive analytics for proactive incident management and root cause analysis.
• Ensure seamless integration with ITSM, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor technical teams on observability best practices and optimize system performance through telemetry.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in observability platforms: Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Hands-on experience with AIOps platforms such as Moogsoft, BigPanda, or ServiceNow AIOps.
• Strong proficiency in Azure or AWS cloud architectures.
• Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with automation frameworks and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, and telemetry concepts.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and AI/ML concepts applied to IT operations.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, or observability tools.
• Experience designing self-healing systems and predictive analytics for IT operations.
