Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure IT/OT network architectures and industrial DMZs.
• Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, network-access controls, and security policies.
• Conduct OT/ICS cybersecurity assessments and support vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor network activity and investigate security events using SIEM tools.
• Manage secure remote access for vendors and technical support teams.
• Review network and firewall changes while minimizing impact on production.
• Work with cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, engineering, and plant operations teams.
• Maintain network diagrams, security procedures, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
• At least 3 years of hands-on OT, ICS, industrial, or critical infrastructure security experience.
• Strong experience with IT/OT segmentation and industrial DMZ architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, FTD/FMC, ISE, VPN, 802.1X, MAB, or TACACS+.
• Experience with SIEM and network-monitoring tools such as QRadar, Splunk, Wazuh, or SolarWinds.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, or Ethernet/IP.
• Experience in oil and gas, energy, utilities, manufacturing, or similar industrial environments
