Description

You will own the operational health, compliance, and lifecycle governance of infrastructure fleets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own fleet governance, maintaining accurate inventory and tracking lifecycle status across regions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues, driving root cause resolution.
• Build automation for device discovery, compliance scanning, firmware tracking, and health monitoring.
• Create and improve SOPs and runbooks to ensure consistent, repeatable operations across sites.
• Provide architectural insights on component interactions and participate in on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or Fleet Management.
• Strong proficiency in AWS services including EC2, Lambda, Systems Manager, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Expertise in scripting with Python and PowerShell for automation and operational tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Linux Administration and Windows Administration.
• Solid understanding of Networking concepts and Cloud Platforms.
• Experience with Fleet Manager, hardware troubleshooting, and firmware management.
• Knowledge of Bash scripting, compliance scanning, and device health monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with operational excellence practices and lifecycle reporting.
• Understanding of cross-domain system integration and operational design.
