Description

Provide hands-on desktop and infrastructure support at a customer site in Woburn, MA.

Responsibilities

• Rack and cable servers, network appliances, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Manage desktop device incidents involving hardware, software, and connectivity through to resolution.
• Execute hard and soft break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Maintain accurate data center asset inventory and manage supply requests.
• Assist Network, Unix, Storage, and Security teams with troubleshooting and installations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in ITSD and Desktop support at a customer site.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems.
• Practical knowledge of Network and Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with Apple products, including iMac and MacBook Pro.
• Experience with device labeling, cabling, and validation.
• Ability to manage hardware lifecycle, including receiving and shipping devices.
