Description

You will develop and manage IT Service Management and IT Operations Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage ITSM processes including change, incident, and problem management.
• Identify and resolve complex CI relationships and dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
• Apply analytical problem-solving to resolve technical service issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM and ITOM.
• Deep understanding of IT service management processes.
• Proven ability to manage incident, change, and problem management workflows.
• Experience resolving complex configuration item (CI) dependencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
