Description

Lead the design and implementation of ITIL-aligned ITSM processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITIL-aligned processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
• Integrate ITSM tools such as Ivanti and ServiceNow to streamline IT operations.
• Establish governance policies to ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure effective process implementation.
• Optimize ITSM processes continuously to improve efficiency and business alignment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in ITSM.
• Deep expertise in ITSM processes and the ITIL framework.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Ivanti.
• Proficiency in process mapping and optimization.
• Knowledge of automation tools and system integration.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in project management.
• ITIL Expert or Practitioner certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
