Description

You will design and oversee the ServiceNow architecture, focusing on ITSM workflows, CMDB integrity, and ITOM/ITAM integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design ServiceNow service management workflows and data structures.
• Manage the CMDB to ensure high data quality across the platform.
• Implement and oversee discovery processes for accurate asset information.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and external data sources.
• Maintain data quality and governance as information flows from disparate sources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM architecture or related roles.
• Deep expertise with ServiceNow CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Proven ability to manage discovery processes.
• Experience managing third-party tool integrations.
• Strong focus on data quality and governance.
• Any Graduate degree.
