Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and support ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, governance, and asset records.
• Maintain asset data quality, ownership, and lifecycle tracking.
• Improve asset management workflows and operational processes.
• Collaborate with service operations teams to support IT service delivery.
• Prepare process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Generate asset reports and ensure audit readiness.

Experience Required:

• 5-10 years of experience in ITSM and IT Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service operations.
• Experience in IT asset lifecycle management and governance.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM workflows and asset management processes.
• ServiceNow experience is an added advantage.
