You will manage IT asset lifecycle, governance, and records while implementing ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle, governance, and maintain accurate asset records.
• Improve asset management workflows and operational processes.
• Collaborate with service operations teams to support IT service delivery.
• Prepare process documentation, generate reports, and ensure audit readiness.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in ITSM and IT Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service operations.
• Hands-on experience with IT asset lifecycle management and governance.
• Experience with ITSM workflows and asset management processes.
• ServiceNow experience is an added advantage.
• Any Graduate education.
