You will lead requirements elicitation and process optimization for ITSM and ITAM implementation projects.
Responsibilities
Elicit, define, and document business, user, and system requirements using use case development and functional modeling.
Facilitate joint application design (JAD) and collaborative design sessions with cross-functional teams.
Analyze business processes to drive workflow automation and application design improvements.
Create and maintain requirement management plans, assessment scopes, and traceability matrices.
Collaborate with application architects, developers, testers, and ServiceNow implementation vendors.
Required Skills
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within large organizations, specifically leading technical implementations of ITSM and ITAM solutions.
Proven experience with ServiceNow automation and tool configuration.
At least 7 years of experience producing business requirements, business rules, and business process models.
Expertise in developing use cases, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements.
Experience producing procurement documentation, transition plans, and implementation requirements.
Strong knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative development methodologies.
Ability to manage stakeholder requests and maintain traceability matrices.
Background supporting ITSM/ITAM systems in pension, financial, or similar large-scale organizational environments.
