Description

Lead technical implementations and upgrades within the Service Manager 9 and ServiceNow ecosystems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute upgrades to Service Manager 9.
• Develop applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Automate business processes using Flow Designer.
• Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and script includes.
• Manage core ITSM modules including Change, Incident, CMDB, Service Request, and Asset management.

Required Skills

• 7 years of professional experience.
• Deep subject matter expertise in ITSM modules.
• Mandatory experience with Service Manager 9.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development.
• Experience with third-party integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide.
• Experience implementing Automated Test Frameworks (ATF).
• Proven ability to build complex workflows and integrations.
