You will lead ITSM governance frameworks and operational standards for the Command Centre.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end IT Service Management processes and operational workflows.
• Manage Command Centre operations and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks and operational standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations in a manager-level capacity.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of professional experience in IT operations.
• Proven leadership experience in a manager-level role.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow and ServiceNow Administration.
• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Experience managing Command Centre environments.
• Strong background in IT Governance and Operations Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading large-scale operational transformations.
