Description

You will lead ITSM and automation initiatives for large-scale infrastructure, driving improvements from conception to delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support IT operations in large-scale environments, managing project requirements and timelines independently.
• Apply ITIL and ITSM frameworks, including Major Incident, Problem, Change, Availability, and Service Level Management.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive them to completion with executive presence.
• Leverage AI, automation, and Spec Driven Development to automate manual efforts.
• Communicate effectively with all leadership levels, demonstrating critical thinking and analytical skills.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall work experience.
• 7+ years supporting IT operations in large-scale environments.
• 5+ years of Cloud, Infrastructure, and Network experience.
• Development experience in Python and Powershell.
• Understanding of Spec Driven Development, Vibe Coding, and AI Agent creation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate executive presence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI and Automation specifically within ITSM contexts.
• Proven track record of taking solutions from conception to implementation.
