Description

You apply data science methodologies to optimize ITSM processes using ServiceNow data. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ServiceNow ITSM data to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for ITSM optimization.
• Build data visualizations and operational dashboards.
• Apply ITIL process knowledge to solve complex data problems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python, including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with ITSM data analysis within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ML models such as time series, clustering, and anomaly detection.
• Experience with AIOps principles.
• Ability to develop dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced expertise in AIOps implementation.
