Description

Lead the design and implementation of ITSM solutions on ServiceNow while managing on-premises infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage on-premises infrastructure including storage, hosting, network, and security systems.
• Maintain and support VMware, VRO, and VRA environments.
• Integrate identity solutions across the enterprise architecture.
• Utilize Git and standard development tools for version control and deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience (8 years with a Master’s degree).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with VMware, VRO, and VRA.
• Proficiency with Git and modern development tools.
• Experience managing identity solutions such as Active Directory, Okta, or SailPoint.
• Background in IT architecture, development, or Enterprise Architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience within Federal, state, county, or government environments.
