Lead IT infrastructure and service management while ensuring strict compliance with internal controls and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct IT infrastructure and service management activities to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Perform IT audit testing and control validation to identify adherence gaps and suggest improvements.
• Develop detailed audit reports documenting findings, conclusions, and identified issues.
• Conduct data analysis using existing controls to support audit objectives and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish repeatable processes across all departments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT service management (ITSM) and IT risk management.
• Proven background in IT service management and IT risk management auditing.
• Direct experience performing IT audit testing and control validation.
• Ability to design and implement new controls based on industry standards.
• Experience in data analysis for audit and control purposes.
• Expertise in developing comprehensive audit documentation and reporting.
• Background in governance frameworks and data control assessment.
