Description

You will manage ITSM processes and support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the OT Service Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Map current business processes into the ServiceNow toolset by collaborating with external consultants.
• Document procedures for various ITSM functions and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements for development teams.
• Develop and configure reports, dashboards, and outputs for change, configuration, discovery, and mapping functions.
• Promote ITIL best practices across the full service lifecycle, including change, problem, and service design management.
• Analyze supplier release notes to identify and implement new platform features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM or business systems analysis.
• Deep understanding of ITIL v4 processes and best practices.
• Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform from a user perspective.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven ability in requirements gathering, producing specifications, and delivery planning.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating processes, systems, and user needs.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow experience at the developer or administrator level.
• Direct experience working on structured projects.
