Description

Lead the exploration, evaluation, and implementation of ServiceNow's Now Assist (GenAI) capabilities within the IT Service Management framework.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic representative for ITSM on AI Operations projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with platform teams to identify, explore, and validate Now Assist functionalities in sandbox environments.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure quality and operational readiness before deployment.
• Manage the transition of Now Assist workloads from sandbox to production, ensuring seamless enablement and configuration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Business Continuity, and Data Breach Management.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly exploring or implementing Now Assist/AI features.
• Proven ability to develop and execute software test plans and quality assurance processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
