Description

You will manage and optimize ITSM processes, focusing on Release and Change Management, while configuring ServiceNow workflows and defining governance models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process gap analysis to align legacy practices with modern ITSM standards.
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, templates, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Define governance models and enforce role clarity across cross-functional teams.
• Establish metrics definitions and track KPIs within ITSM frameworks.
• Deliver stakeholder engagement and process training sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM Process Analysis.
• Deep configuration experience in ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with UCI/UCD and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
