Manage ServiceNow system modifications and ITSM workflow initiatives for the Dallas, TX office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute system modifications for Incident, Major Incident, and Problem Management.
• Drive changes within Change Management and DMBD Management workflows.
• Oversee Strategic Portfolio Management initiatives.
• Manage project delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Direct experience with ServiceNow system modifications.
• Expertise in Incident Management.
• Expertise in Major Incident Management.
• Expertise in Problem Management.
• Expertise in Change Management.
• Expertise in DMBD Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
