Description

You will manage and deliver data-driven insights to support IT service management functions.

Responsibilities

• Create and customize reports and dashboards using ServiceNow and Performance Analytics to meet business requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas within IT service management.
• Design data visualizations to communicate key performance indicators and metrics clearly.
• Develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business departments to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to reporting functionality and data integration.
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data sources, and standard methodologies.

Required Skills

• 4 to 7 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Performance Analytics.
• Experience developing and managing reporting processes and data sources.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and independent research skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate and/or ISO20,000 certification.
• Understanding of Agile development practices.
