Description

You create and maintain data-driven reporting solutions for IT service management using ServiceNow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and customize reports and dashboards in ServiceNow and Performance Analytics.
• Design data visualizations to communicate key performance indicators clearly.
• Develop automated reporting processes to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business departments to gather requirements.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to reporting functionality and data integration.

Required Skills

• 4 to 7 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, and data visualization.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Performance Analytics.
• Experience developing and managing reporting processes and data sources.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and independent research skills.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate and/or ISO20000 certification.
• Understanding of Agile development practices.
