Description

You will manage and maintain ITSM service management platforms, integrations, and workflows on-site in Wilmington, MA.

Responsibilities

• Manage service management platforms, including asset management and discovery functions.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management workflows using Ivanti Knowledge or ServiceNow.
• Configure and maintain system integrations using APIs.
• Execute SQL queries to manage and retrieve data.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM tool administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Ivanti Knowledge for incident, problem, and change management.
• Proficiency in SQL and running database queries.
• Ability to set up and manage API integrations.
• Understanding of asset management and discovery processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
