Description

Lead the functional and technical implementation of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and ITSM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage SPM modules including Strategic Planning, Scenario planning, and investment fund modules.
• Guide new teams in setting up Agile 2.0 using ServiceNow methodology and apply concepts across project lifecycles.
• Provide technical and functional direction for ITSM and SPM workflows.
• Architect ServiceNow solutions and direct technical execution.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of relevant professional experience in ServiceNow architecture.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow SPM.
• Hands-on experience with Strategic Planning and Scenario planning modules.
• Expertise in investment fund modules.
• Practical experience applying Agile 2.0 concepts in live projects.
• Proven ability to architect ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong communication skills for team guidance and stakeholder interaction.

• Degree from any graduate program.
