Description

You will lead ITSM technical configuration with a specific focus on Change and Problem Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical configuration for Change Management and Problem Management modules.
• Facilitate workshop sessions and provide advisory support to stakeholders.
• Oversee other technical contributors to ensure delivery quality.
• Configure auto-assignment rules, change windows, and change calendars.
• Implement problem assignment workflows based on manual triage and best practices for categorization and prioritization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM development.
• Expertise in Change Management configuration, including CAB workbench and multi-modal change models.
• Hands-on experience configuring risk assessments for IT and Network environments.
• Proficiency in managing high complexity maintenance windows.
• Deep understanding of Problem Management lifecycle, including states and prioritization.
• Ability to design and implement auto-assignment rules.
• Experience managing change calendars and scheduling.
• Any Graduate degree.
