Description

Design, develop, and maintain IT Service Management software integrated with ServiceNow, focusing on automation, monitoring, and infrastructure management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ITSM products that integrate with ServiceNow.
• Build automation and monitoring solutions for IT infrastructure.
• Manage event management and incident workflows.
• Maintain virtualization and container environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ITSM software development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zabbix for monitoring, alerting, and automation.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with OTRS/Znuny for ticketing and ITSM workflows.
• 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Linux server administration and automation.
• 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with KVM and LXC for virtualization and container management.
• 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and service discovery.
• 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Proxmox for VM and container lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in ITIL frameworks, specifically Incident and Event Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow integration beyond basic connectivity.
