Description

You will manage Change, Problem, and Release management functions within a structured process framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities, including designing strategic approaches and ensuring all changes are documented, managed, and communicated.
• Organize and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and provide oversight for expedited or emergency changes.
• Own the release calendar, including code freezes, deployments, patch windows, and deployment readiness criteria.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to identify and remediate complex deployment and scheduling conflicts.
• Perform trend analysis on Change Management and feed post-change review actions into Problem Management and RCA processes.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations as required by SOPs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ITSM functions.
• Expertise in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Configuration Management and CMDB.
• Experience with Business Service Mapping.
• Background in asset and software management.
• Ability to analyze requirements and test software per defined processes.
• Experience establishing governance and change control using ITIL best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
