Description

You will manage the lifecycle, support, and optimization of manufacturing excellence products and shop floor systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting across multiple technology domains to restore service and resolve operational issues.
• Facilitate 2nd and 3rd line support while managing vendor partnerships and non-technical team relationships.
• Manage platform deployments, expansions, and the decommissioning of systems at end-of-lifecycle.
• Drive service optimization and identify value-add improvements for site-level manufacturing products.
• Ensure application compliance and maintain secure infrastructure to support business continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application management, operations, and support.
• Proficiency in SQL Server or Oracle, including developing SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of MS Windows operating systems and MS SQL Server databases.
• Experience supporting manufacturing shop floor systems and understanding manufacturing principles.
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and system architectures.
• Proven experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Ability to triage technical problems quickly and make independent decisions.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
