Description

You will manage and support IT applications in a manufacturing environment to ensure business continuity and service optimization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new products, features, technical solutions, and fixes.
• Facilitate 2nd and 3rd line support for Manufacturing Excellence products.
• Troubleshoot applications across multiple technology domains and business areas.
• Manage vendor partnerships and relationships with non-technical teams.
• Drive service optimization and identify improvement opportunities at the site level.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application management, operations, or support.
• Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to triage problems and restore services quickly.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment and understanding manufacturing principles.
• Ability to make technical decisions and initiate action to resolve operational issues.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience overseeing archiving and decommissioning activities for systems at end-of-life.
