Description

You will administer and maintain the Ivanti ITSM platform, configuring ITSM and ITAM modules to support enterprise operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support the Ivanti platform, including ITSM and ITAM objects and environments.
• Implement and manage ITIL-based processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Integrate Ivanti with other enterprise applications to streamline workflows and data flow.
• Design and implement automated workflows to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system architecture diagrams to ensure knowledge continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years administering Ivanti ITSM platforms.
• Experience customizing Ivanti using JavaScript and Java expressions.
• Experience supporting API-based integrations between Ivanti and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks and best practices.
• Expertise in security configuration, including user roles and permissions.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards from ITSM operational data.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and API concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures.
