• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within large organizations.
• 5+ years of experience working with ITSM and ITAM solutions such as ServiceNow.
• Expertise in requirement management and documentation.
• Proven track record of automating complex business processes.
• Experience leading technical implementation and design sessions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
