Description

Lead end-to-end implementation of functional work streams including procure-to-pay, source-to-contract, and supplier relationship management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional work stream implementations from initial requirements through to production delivery.
• Conduct solution architecture reviews to ensure scalability and alignment with business requirements and product roadmaps.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, requirements, and user guides.
• Perform thorough testing of configured features and functionalities to guarantee successful deployment.
• Coordinate with the iValua team to align implementations with technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in procurement functional implementation.
• Hands-on implementation experience with iValua Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.
• Experience supporting and maintaining iValua or other SaaS-based eProcurement products.
• Deep knowledge of Delegation of Power (DOP) within procurement processes and its configuration.
• Expertise in industry-standard P2P and S2C tools or custom solutions.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Proven ability to document lessons learned and best practices.
