Description

Support and develop enhancements for purchasing and supplier network collaboration applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical specifications, process diagrams, and test cases to meet end-to-end requirements.
• Configure the Ivalua application to align with documented business processes in procure-to-pay and PO collaboration.
• Coordinate with functional and data warehouse teams to deliver technical developments.
• Resolve production support issues and prioritize IT SCM group support tickets.
• Work with supply chain and IT teams to address application-related technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience supporting and configuring or developing procurement applications.
• Strong hands-on coding experience with C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and data handling.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and the PTP process.
• Ability to learn and configure new application platforms independently.
• B.S. in a technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Ivalua, SAP SNC, or Ariba.
• Experience or academic background in SRM, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• M.S. or MBA in SCM.
