Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of Ivanti CMDB, ensuring alignment with business goals and ITIL standards.

Responsibilities

• Design CMDB solution structures, defining Configuration Items (CIs), relationships, attributes, and dependencies.
• Establish data governance policies to maintain data quality, integrity, and accuracy throughout the CMDB lifecycle.
• Integrate Ivanti CMDB with other ITSM tools to automate change, incident, and asset management processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business units to ensure the solution meets organizational requirements.
• Monitor and optimize CMDB performance to adapt to evolving business needs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total IT experience, including at least 8 years specifically with Ivanti ITSM and CMDB solutions.
• Deep expertise in ITIL processes, configuration management, and service management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, SQL, or similar scripting languages for automation and data manipulation.
• Experience with ITSM tool integrations and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher.

Preferred Skills

• Ivanti CMDB specific certifications.
• Proven experience in a leadership role.
