Description

You will manage and maintain IVR and routing systems within a telephony environment on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer IVR and routing configurations.
• Manage VoIP and telephony infrastructure.
• Maintain system stability within Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Resolve technical issues to ensure service availability.
• Document system configurations and changes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in VoIP technologies.
• CCNA Voice certification or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Genesys Certified Professional.
• SIP certification.
• Specialization in IVR or Routing.
