Description

You will manage the lifecycle of IVR systems and business process definitions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal IVR domain teams to define business processes and system requirements.
• Execute systems implementation projects, including requirements documentation, configuration, and testing.
• Conduct test documentation and execution to identify and resolve system issues.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver system enhancements.
• Support and upgrade implemented systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
• MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency with IVR tools and technologies.
• Experience with requirements documentation.
• Experience with systems configuration.
• Experience with test documentation.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage ambiguity.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Finance domain.
• Development experience using Java or JavaScript.
