Description

You will manage the lifecycle of IVR systems, defining business processes, implementing configurations, and driving system enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to define business processes and system requirements.
• Execute systems implementation projects, including requirements documentation, configuration, and testing.
• Conduct test documentation and execution to identify and resolve system issues.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver system enhancements and upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in IVR systems.
• Proficiency with IVR tools and technologies.
• Experience with requirements documentation and systems configuration.
• Experience with test documentation and execution.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
• MS in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Finance domain.
• Development experience using Java or JavaScript.
