Description

You will develop and unit test VXML-based applications for the banking contact center domain, supporting software design within multi-tier architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop VXML-based applications for contact center environments.
• Implement web services and application logic using Java and Spring.
• Manage data persistence using Oracle and SQL Server.
• Perform unit testing and support software design within multi-tier architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Core Java, JDK 1.6, generics, and annotations.
• Proficiency in J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and Web services.
• Direct experience with VXML, CCXML, ASR, and TTS.
• Hands-on experience with the NDF Framework and Nuance Application Studio.
• Experience with Genesys IVR.
• Proficiency in Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience with Maven, Subversion, Jenkins, Jira, and HP Quality Center.
• Familiarity with ECMAScript and Spring 3.0.
