You will design, build, and maintain IVR applications and call flows in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement inbound and outbound call flows.
• Develop IVR applications using VXML and GDF.
• Deploy and maintain IVR systems within production environments.
• Monitor and test IVR performance using Cyara.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IVR development.
• Proficiency in VXML and GDF.
• Hands-on experience with Avaya and Genesys platforms.
• Experience with Cyara for IVR testing and monitoring.
• Knowledge of Nuance speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies.
• Understanding of telephony protocols and standards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
