Description

You will design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications with a focus on web services integration.

Responsibilities

• Integrate web services and cross-system communication protocols with IVR applications.
• Develop and implement middleware and application logic using Java.
• Design and manage front-end components using VXML.
• Troubleshoot SIP-based VoIP traffic and integrate dissimilar telephony systems.
• Manage and develop speech recognition systems and grammars.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application development.
• Deep expertise in integrating Web Services (REST, SOAP) with telephony systems.
• Proficiency in Java for middleware and application development.
• Hands-on experience with VXML, XML, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of PBX architecture and telecommunication network services.
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot SIP-based VoIP traffic.
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages.
• Understanding of contact center operations, key metrics, and workforce management.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Genesys Cloud.
