Description

You will design, develop, and maintain interactive voice response systems to streamline operations and customer experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IVR applications using VXML and GDF.
• Integrate IVR solutions with backend systems and databases using Java and SQL.
• Develop call flows for both inbound and outbound IVR systems.
• Perform unit and integration testing using Cyara for automated testing and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IVR applications and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IVR development.
• Proficiency in VXML and GDF.
• Hands-on experience with Avaya and Genesys platforms.
• Experience using Cyara for IVR testing and monitoring.
• Experience with Nuance speech recognition and text-to-speech.
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound call flow design.
• Knowledge of telephony protocols and standards.
• Ability to integrate systems using Java and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
