Description

You will design and implement complex IVR application flows and call routing configurations.

Responsibilities

• Develop IVR applications using Avaaya, Nuance, Cisco, or Genesys technologies.
• Implement call routing setups utilizing Cisco and Nuance frameworks.
• Translate Nuance or IVR UI specifications into functional call flows.
• Build and maintain IVR logic using AEP, Avaaya OD, and Nuance Dialog Framework.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of IVR development experience.
• Proficiency in VXML, CCXML, SCXML, and GRXML.
• Strong programming experience in Java 8+.
• Experience with Nuance Dialog Framework and Avaaya OD.
• Hands-on IVR application development expertise.
• Deep understanding of call flow and routing logic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and NLU handling for conversational IVRs.
• Backend development experience with Spring Boot or REST APIs.
