Description

You will build, develop, and support DTMF IVR systems while handling unit testing and production support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain DTMF IVR applications using Cisco Call Studio and VXML Server.
• Implement backend integrations via HTTP REST APIs, oAuth2, XML Web Services, and MS SQL Server.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to provide effort estimates and ensure designs leverage reusable components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maximize system availability and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain quality code standards across the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development within Contact Center environments.
• Proficiency with Cisco Call Studio, Cisco CVP, VXML Server, and CVP custom elements (Java).
• Strong Java development skills for client backend integrations.
• Experience with Apache Tomcat and MS SQL Server.
• Knowledge of UCCE/ICM, including routing scripts, DNIS, skillgroups, and Finesse Agent Desktop.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Cyara, and Confluence.
• Understanding of AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Extreme SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience analyzing speech, speech repair, and fine-tuning NLU for IVR systems.
