You will design, develop, and implement interactive voice response systems for call center environments. You own the full lifecycle from voice user interface design to integration and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Design voice user interfaces and develop speech recognition and text-to-speech applications.
- Integrate IVR systems with databases and other business systems using web services.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot telephony issues in production.
- Collaborate with software developers and business analysts to build effective IVR solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IVR development.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, and Python.
- Experience with IVR platforms such as Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys.
- Understanding of telephony systems and network protocols.
- Experience working with web services.
- Degree in any graduate field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating IVR with complex enterprise business systems.
