Description

You will design, develop, and implement interactive voice response systems for call center environments. You own the full lifecycle from voice user interface design to integration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Design voice user interfaces and develop speech recognition and text-to-speech applications.
  • Integrate IVR systems with databases and other business systems using web services.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshoot telephony issues in production.
  • Collaborate with software developers and business analysts to build effective IVR solutions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IVR development.
  • Proficiency in Java, C++, and Python.
  • Experience with IVR platforms such as Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys.
  • Understanding of telephony systems and network protocols.
  • Experience working with web services.
  • Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating IVR with complex enterprise business systems.
