Description

You will design, develop, and deploy IVR applications using Nuance platforms, integrating them with backend systems and optimizing speech recognition components.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy IVR applications using Nuance Voice Platform, Nuance Recognizer, and Nuance NLU.
• Customize speech recognition and natural language understanding components to optimize performance.
• Integrate IVR systems with backend databases, CRM systems, and enterprise applications.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure applications meet quality standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing IVR applications using Nuance technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Strong understanding of telephony concepts and protocols such as SIP and VoIP.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Nuance certification in IVR development.
• Experience with speech analytics and voice biometrics.
