Description

You will develop, maintain, and lead the delivery of core IVR systems using Twilio and Microsoft 365 platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IVR solutions leveraging Twilio and M 365 platforms.
• Lead development efforts and mentor team members to ensure technical excellence.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to data security and privacy standards across all systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of specific experience in IVR development.
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership.
• Proficiency in Twilio and M 365 IVR platforms.
• Strong coding skills in .Net, Java, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Jira and GitHub for workflow management.
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying analytical thinking to resolve complex system issues.
