Genesys / Avaya / Cisco UCCE / Twilio experience also considered
IVR Design & Development
Call Flow & Routing Logic
AWS Cloud Services
Lambda, APIs, REST Integrations
CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)
Voice & Self-Service Applications

Nice to Have:
AWS Lex, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch
Node.js / Python / Java scripting
Terraform / CloudFormation
Legacy IVR to Cloud Migration experience
