Description

Design, develop, test, and support IVR applications in a cloud environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain speech-enabled IVR solutions using Genesys or Nuance frameworks.
• Write clean, testable Java/Spring code and VXML scripts.
• Troubleshoot existing IVR systems to optimize performance and reliability.
• Lead and mentor developers within an agile team structure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Java and Spring development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Groovy, and VXML.
• Previous experience with Genesys or Nuance IVR frameworks.
• Experience supporting IVR systems and offshore support teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
