Description

You will design, develop, test, and support IVR applications in a modern cloud environment, ensuring high-quality code through rigorous testing and quality control.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain speech-enabled IVR solutions using Genesys or Nuance Frameworks.
• Develop and support applications using Java, Spring, Groovy, and VXML.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing IVR applications for performance and reliability.
• Lead and mentor developers within an agile team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Java/Spring development experience with complex applications.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Groovy.
• Experience with VXML and Speech-enabled IVR development.
• Previous experience with Genesys or Nuance Frameworks.
• Ability to lead developers in an agile engineering environment.
• Strong commitment to engineering excellence, clean code, and scalable design.
• Any Graduate degree.
